    Your Title: Growth Marketing Strategist

    Job Location: Germany, Poland or Remote within Europe

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketing Hacker to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our company by implementing innovative marketing strategies and optimizing our lead generation and conversion processes. The ideal candidate will have a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and technology, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.

    What You Will Do

  • Reporting and Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis and reporting on growth activities across the team. Utilize data to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive growth.
  • Lead Conversion Analysis: Analyze lead conversion processes and funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
  • Lead Routing Process Improvements: Enhance lead routing processes through CRM and Marketo improvements.
  • Lead Follow-up and Tracking: Develop and implement robust lead follow-up and tracking mechanisms to ensure timely engagement and maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Business Development: Work closely with the Business Development team to align on strategies and initiatives.
  • Test and Optimize Marketing Tactics: Actively test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization.
  • Designing Digital Ad Strategies: Develop comprehensive digital advertisement strategies, tailored to target audiences and campaign goals. Support in the execution of these strategies.
  • Collaboration with Channel-Specific Marketing Teammates: Work with marketing teammates across channels (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify growth opportunities and integrate strategies.
  • Propose Creative New Projects: Continuously research and evaluate new marketing tools and technologies to attract prospects, as well as experimenting with new methods to capture current demand.
  • Data Segmentation Improvement: Improve data segmentation practices for more precise targeting and personalization.
  • Marketing Asset Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all marketing assets, including campaigns, content, and strategies, ensuring assets are organized and easily accessible.
  • Integrated Marketing Plans: Create and manage marketing calendars for email marketing and other campaigns, ensuring timely and coordinated execution of marketing activities.
  • What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, with a strong track record of driving growth through innovative strategies and optimizations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation tools (, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Experience in developing and optimizing marketing cadences and lead follow-up processes.
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing tools and technologies, especially those related to lead generation and automation.
