- Definition of measures to increase efficiency and quality in order to achieve PACT targets
- Develop new improvement ideas
- Identification and description of new improvement projects (automation and digitalization)
- Integration of project content into existing processes, procedures and production sequences
- Responsible for the implementation of profile milestones from G2 to G9
- Recognising deviations and recommending corrective actions
- Preparation of schedules, documentation, reports and KPIs for projects
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in Mechanical Engineering or comparable
- Extensive experience in industrial production, automation and time management
- Basic understanding of business contexts
- Good user knowledge of MS Office and Catia V5
- Business fluent in German and proficient in English
- Willingness to work and travel, mainly to PAG sites
- Existing work permit for the EU
