- Coordination of complaint processing and statements to customers as well as processing of complaints in the relevant portals
- Further development of complaint management
- Measuring and improving customer satisfaction
- Analysis of manufacturing processes including initiating, carrying out and supporting error and weak point analyses as well as defining and monitoring optimization measures
- Coordination of quality-relevant activities in collaboration with the departments
- Creation of technical documentation
- Increasing quality awareness through training
- Planning and conducting audits
- Participation in FMEAs and derivation of measures
- Creation of key figures for the quality report
- You have successfully completed technical training or technical university studies
- Several years of professional experience in quality management would be an advantage
- You are confident in the use of QM methods and tools (FMEA, 5W, 8D, SPC, Ishikawa, PAPP etc.)
- You have an analytical and systematic way of working as well as high process affinity
- You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility, strong teamwork and communication skills as well as intercultural competence
- You are eager to learn and have an innovative way of thinking
- You have good knowledge of German and English
- You are willing to travel (including international travel)
- You have 3 years of experience with the quality management tools Ishikawa, 8D, 5W, and others.
