- Any experience in application development and technical system analysis
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTTP REST, SOAP, XML and JSON

- Knowledge of relational databases (SQL/Oracle)
- Knowledge of Javascript, TCL or other script programming languages
- Confident use of shell scripting (Bash / Unix)
