    As a Product Owner specializing in Base Management (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role within our dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to enhancing Telefónica's relationship with our customers. Your primary mission will be to champion the evolution of our products and services on our cutting-edge technological platforms, all with a focus on enhancing the bond between Telefónica and our customers.

    You'll contribute significantly to our exciting cross and upsell transformation project, among other exciting facets, making life easier and better for our clientele. In doing so, you will play a vital role in simplifying and enriching the lives of our esteemed clientele.

    What to expect

  • #IT-Consulting: Advising business units in implementing TelCo products, portfolios, and services. This includes everything from initial IT consultation and requirement analysis to software development and successful commercial launch
  • #Digitization: Ensuring a seamless digital customer experience across all touchpoints through process standardization and automation
  • #ProductOwnership: Conceptualizing and executing structural transformations to address current and upcoming challenges, inclusive of roadmap creation and the formulation of management decision frameworks
  • #Requirements-engineering: Streamlining existing processes and actively contributing to the digital transformation by identifying and implementing measures for modern software development, particularly in the realm of agile analysis and requirements engineering
  • #Projectmanagement: Overseeing small and medium-sized projects, ensuring their successful realization by proactively coordinating with stakeholders while meticulously managing time, quality, and budget considerations
  • #VendorManagement: Management of international external service providers who carry out technical product management on behalf of Telefónica Deutschland
  • What you bring

  • You obtained a degree (or equivalent education) in business informatics, industrial engineering, or a closely related field
  • Your professional journey boasts a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical product management, ideally within larger, agile IT organizations. Prior exposure to the TelCo or media industry is a notable advantage
  • Your expertise in requirement engineering, agile methodologies, and the execution and enhancement of software development processes is nothing short of outstanding
  • You've already embarked on the journey of facilitating change processes and have honed your negotiation and communication skills
