- Work on NPI in the Operations Business Unit, ensuring high standards of the outsourced manufacturing environment
- Directly influence and affect the designs or new products, in the field of HW (ASIC, PCBAs, Power Electronics)
- Work on the operations phases of the product development lifecycle (NPI, Production, Roll Out, etc.)
- Liaise with internal and external manufacturers
- Contribute to manufacturing optimization, focusing on quality, efficiency, and cost reduction
- Interpretation of Data, product qualification, and testing
- BSc/MSc in Electronics, Electrical Engineer, Physics, or similar
- Very strong background/experience in Electronic Schematic Designs
- Experience in design reviews, Complex ASICs, and error analysis
- Ideally, experience communicating with external suppliers/manufacturers and PCA
- English and German fluency
