Student (m/f/d) for Internship - Personnel Development/Student Support

Your Responsibilities

• Manage correspondence with applicants from various target groups (students/summer workers) and prepare contracts and certificates for our students.
• Engage actively at university fairs to identify talented students and position our company as an attractive employer.
• Your creative ideas and commitment contribute to the continuous improvement of our student support services.
• Play a crucial role in organizing and planning events to foster long-term relationships with students.
• Additionally, actively participate in day-to-day operations.

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a business management program with a focus on human resources or education.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrate independent work, solution-oriented thinking, and high initiative.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English, along with teamwork abilities.
