- You develop new and future-oriented strategies in the quality management (QM) area to efficiently and sustainably support the Siemens Healthineers portfolio and strategy, such as in the areas of digitalization, artificial intelligence, product quality, and diversity
- You lead a competent team (approximately 17 employees) that provides demand-driven services and support in all areas of a QM system for Siemens Healthineers units worldwide
- Using a catalog of analysis measures, you identify QM focus areas or risks and develop and implement appropriate concepts for related consulting and governance projects
- You are responsible for an effective Healthineers-wide Quality & Regulatory Audit and Assessment program (including coordinating audit team resources and conducting the audit program) to provide timely transparency on potential QT risks and opportunities
- You lead and develop a competent team of QM experts who enrich the organization with their knowledge and find sustainable career development opportunities within our company
- You have successfully completed a university degree in business administration, engineering, human medicine, biology, or a related field
- You have long-term and highly developed professional experience in quality management for medical devices
- You possess very profound knowledge of relevant QM requirements in medical technology (ISO standards, laws)
- You have extensive practical experience in auditing (MDSAP, ISO, GMP), certification as an auditor according to ISO 19011, and participation in international authority inspections
- You have several years of, ideally international, leadership experience, with the ability to effectively lead global teams across multiple time zones
- You are fluent in English for this central and global role; German language skills are an additional plus
- You demonstrate high standards of quality, conscientiousness, excellent analytical skills, results orientation, and reliability
- As a role model with strong interpersonal skills, you foster an inspiring and motivating culture that contributes to achieving desired results
- Your leadership style is characterized by openness, motivational ability, intercultural understanding, quality and results orientation, and appreciative communication; you are accustomed to applying these skills at the management level
