Analyze the results of marketing campaigns to gather insights for enhancing future campaigns

Assist in preparing weekly/monthly metrics reports and conduct analysis to refine campaign performance

Collaborate with the global online acquisition team to optimize Search Engine Advertising (SEA) and Paid Social campaigns.

Contribute to the creation and planning of online marketing campaigns

Conduct target audience analysis and segmentation to tailor campaigns effectively

This is how you can impress us

Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in MS Excel

Excellent English skills, proficiency in an additional European language is desirable

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in (computer) science, economics, media sciences, marketing, or a related field

Excellent time management and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and thrive in an international environment

Proactive attitude, with a fast-learning mindset and common-sense approach

Previous experience in customer acquisition and online sales is advantageous
