    Join Our Team as a Strategic Account Manager at AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services

    AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) focus on boosting revenue & growth from small- to enterprise-level customers.

    The Strategic Account Manager role is crucial, involving building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and leading a team of resources.

    Responsibilities:

    The Strategic Account Manager collaborates with various customer departments, excels in relationship-building, and executes strategies for customer service implementation.

    Key job responsibilities include:

    • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, engaging with global enterprises
    • 3+ years of practical SAP software experience
    • Proven track record of influencing decision-makers on an executive level
    • BA or BS degree in relevant fields
    • Strong understanding of technology as a service

    Other experiences to include:

    The ideal candidate is skilled in deal negotiations, holds credibility with executives, and focuses on customer advocacy.
