Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Activities:
  • Support and implement the HUB sourcing strategy in the factory
  • Manage local or HUB allocated other direct spend
  • Translate local requirements into Service Level Agreements with suppliers
• Bidding and Order Execution:
  • Control material prices and terms & conditions throughout the value chain
  • Measure gaps between tender and actuals, investigate root causes, and implement corrective measures
  • Lead SCM activities related to the order process for availability and cost optimization
• Factory Processes:
  • Engage in critical material definition phase and material supply capabilities
  • Lead/support commodity hedging process
  • Handle factory cost savings, cost avoidance, claim recovery reporting and SCM performance tracking
• Supplier Management:
  • Qualify local assigned contractor's qualifications
  • Conduct Supplier Performance Evaluations for identified suppliers
  • Identify and address performance issues, lead claim management
  • Handle PO Management and Delivery to Pay processes
• Projects:
  • Support material cost cutting and risk mitigation projects
  • Execute on SCM related local activities for various projects

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Economics, or Supply Chain Management
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of MRP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office Applications
• Experience in matrix organizations
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS tools such as Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Power BI
• Compliance and ethics-oriented
