Job summary
We are looking for a Legal Counsel with previous exposure to German and European banking and financial supervisory law,We'd be thrilled in case you are a Fachanwalt fur Bank- und Kapitalmarktrecht or if you have taken relevant courses.
Your Role You will be responsible for the overall legal risk management of the company, particularly in product-related matters (excluding tax law). This includes:Legal business and product support, especially in the areas of banking law, banking supervisory law, payments law, credit law, consumer protection law and civil lawCreation and maintenance of standard contracts and term sheetsInternal legal advice on operational matters and preparation of legal opinionsReview negotiation drafting of contractsInstruction coordination monitoring of external lawyersHandling litigation court proceedingsWe'd love to seeYour responsibilitiesand scope will depend on your levelof experience We value real personal professional development over job titles Together we'll identify how you can best contribute to the team
