    In einer schnelllebigen digitalen Welt ist es entscheidend, dass Unternehmen ihre Kundenprozesse effizient und effektiv gestalten. Als ServiceNow Customer Workflows Business Lead bist du der/die zentrale Expert/in für die Entwicklung von modernen Kundenworkflows innerhalb eines international tätigen Beratungsunternehmens.

    Du hast eine mindestens 5-jährige Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Workflow in einer beratenden Rolle gesammelt und fundierte Kenntnisse in ServiceNow CWF oder vergleichbaren Lösungen wie Salesforce besitzt. In deiner Position als Pre-Sales-Experte entwickelst Du Angebotsstrategien, unterstützt Kunden bei ihren Herausforderungen im CWF-Bereich und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale für unsere Kunden.

    Ihre Aufgaben:

    • Berät Kunden zu IT- und Business-Herausforderungen im CWF-Bereich mit hochwertigen Lösungsangeboten.
    • Erstellung komplexer Analyseberichte zur Abhilfe gemeinsamer Probleme mit unseren Dachgesellschaftern nach erfolgreichen Verkaufsvorgängen mit dem Ausbau unserer Kundschaft voranzukommen.
