- Bachelor's degree or higher education level
- 5+ years experience working within Leveraged Finance / Debt Advisory M&A
- Strong understanding of project finance structures and documentation
- Experience managing junior associates
- Provide support across all aspects of transaction execution including preparing presentation materials, conducting industry research, performing company due diligence; assisting preparation of internal committee memos as required by clients;
- Actively participate throughout deal process from origination through closing stages;
- Manage workflow between external counterparties such as lawyers accountants bankers etc.;
- Ensure timely completion & delivery while maintaining high-quality standards expected by our clientele base.
