Job responsibilities:

• Engage in substantial projects within property and general planning across phases 2-5 in Germany.
• Thrive on devising and executing sustainable, cost-effective, and innovative architectural strategies.
• Proficiently handle BIM modeling, crafting comprehensive plans, lists, calculations, and descriptions from initial concepts to finely detailed execution-ready solutions.
• Coordinate and integrate planning collaborators and external specialist engineers.
• Contribute to managing and overseeing costs, timelines, and project quality.
• Aid construction management at the nexus of tendering and execution.
• Assist project management in organising and executing projects.

Role requirements:

• Possess a degree in architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Bring to the table at least 5-8 years of professional experience in the specified field.
• Demonstrate adeptness in navigating German building regulations and laws.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of building construction and an appreciation for architectural excellence.
• Showcase proficiency in coordinating specialist engineers and planning partners.
• Ideally, have experience and familiarity with BIM methodologies, particularly using Revit.
• Display advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, with an additional advantage if familiar with MS Project.
• Demonstrate the ability to independently organise planning and project processes and structures.
• MINIMUM B2 level of German
