Als Teil des Teams in der Produktentwicklung mit dem Schwerpunkt Bacon-Produkte, bist du verantwortlich für Neuentwicklungen und Optimierungen in unseren Bacon Werken in Oldenburg und Haarlem in den Niederlanden. Du gehörst zur Abteilung "Category Development and Execution", in dem der Großteil des Teams in Dänemark, im Headquater in Randers, sitzt.

Zusammen mit dem Senior Category Developer, der auch dein Vorgesetzter sein wird, arbeitest du sowohl im Technikum in Oldenburg als auch in unseren Fabriken. Dein Standort wird in Oldenburg sein, Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands und in der EU sind ein Teil deines Arbeitsalltages. Danish Crown ist genossenschaftlich organisiert und hat damit die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette der Produkte im Unternehmen, was auch in der Produktenwicklung eine große Rolle spielt. Neben dem Technologiezentrum in Oldenburg (DE), gibt es ein zweites Vejle (DK) in dem deine Entwicklungskollegen andere Produktgruppen betreuen. Neben der internationalen Vernetzung, sowohl in deinem eigenen Team und bei deinen Entwicklungskollegen, sind die Länder für die du Aufträge annimmst und neue Produkte entwickelst oder Optimierungsaufgaben durchführst divers. Sowohl bei den Anforderungen des Marktes, als auch bei den Marktgegebenheiten.

Deine Aufgaben im Einzelnen

Du entwickelst neue Konzepte und Produkte im Einklang mit unserer Strategie sowie der Innovationspipeline.

Du bist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung des Entwicklungsprozesses, von der Idee bis zur Erstproduktion, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing, Vertrieb, Produktion und weiteren Schnittstellen.

Selbständig erreichst Du Deine Ziele innerhalb von Projekten Durch Deine praktischen und administrativen Tätigkeiten.

Du nutzt die spezifischen Vorgaben innerhalb von Projekten zur Durchführung von Preiskalkulationen und allen notwendigen weiteren Informationen, in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachschnittstellen wie die QS-, Kalkulations-, oder auch Planungsabteilung

Neben Neuentwicklungen wirst du auch Optimierungsaufgaben zur Verbesserung von Prozessen und Abläufen bearbeiten

Das bringst Du mit

Du hast großes Interesse an Lebensmitteln und deren Verwendung.

Außerdem bringst Du eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch, Fleischer, Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik oder in einem anderen einschlägigen Bereich mit mit einer zuästzlichen Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker oder ähnlichem.

Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion in der Produktentwicklung mit wirtschaftlichem Fokus ist von Vorteil, sowie Erfahrung aus der Produktion oder QS Abteilung im Lebensmittelbereich
