    Tasks

    The HR IT Demand & Portfolio Management team is the focal point for the redesign of the HR architecture within the Lufthansa Group, with the aim of increasing efficiency and innovation. Your tasks will include:

  • Evaluating proposed solutions from a technical, procedural and commercial perspective and describing them in an IT concept
  • Checking the implementation of solutions with platforms such as SuccessFactors, SAP BTP and other tools
  • Collecting and analyzing requirements together with partners and creating solution concepts on this basis
  • Managing tenders and evaluating service providers and their technologies
  • Ensuring seamless integration of data between HR IT applications and other enterprise systems
  • Advising specialist departments and project teams on technology and architecture topics
  • Leading sub-projects, feasibility studies or task forces with a technical focus
  • Planning the strategy for the HR IT architecture and the application portfolio

    Requirements

  • Completed university degree in computer science, business informatics, economics with an IT focus or a comparable natural science or engineering degree program
  • Specialization in IT strategy, preferably in HR IT with a focus on SAP HR and SuccessFactors
  • Extensive professional experience in the IT sector
  • Strong analytical thinking and conceptual skills
  • Ability to present complex issues precisely and abstractly
  • Strong customer orientation, coordination and innovation skills
  • Persuasive and negotiating skills, team spirit
  • Strong communication skills, especially for complex topics
  • Willingness to travel (10-20%)
