    Position Description

    This position, based in our operational Headquarters in Hilden (near Düsseldorf), is part of the 'Global Talent Attraction and Management' team. The position holder will report into the Associate Director, Global Talent Attraction & Acquisition, based in Singapore. This role is an important driving force behind our global employer brand, strengthening our reputation as a great place to work among QIAGEN employees and external candidates.

    Position Description:

  • Social Media: Develop and manage social media content for candidates and employees in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

  • Local Employer Branding: Plan, organize, and carry out university marketing activities to attract students and recent graduates, including collaboration with universities and institutes of higher learning. Coordinate, manage, and host employer branding events such as local site visits and career fairs within Germany.

  • Global Reputation Management: Maintain a positive employer brand image and reputation across all channels, including online, social media, print, and events, while considering local and global needs. Identify and monitor employer review sites and ranking programs (such as Great Place to Work, , and ) to ensure that we are aware of issues and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop solutions to improve our positioning.

  • Global Projects: Support and implement projects and activities related to QIAGEN's Employer Branding strategy in order to strengthen our company's image, reputation and presence.

  • Cross functional collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Marketing, Internal & External Communications and other teams to plan and execute promotional activities.
  • Position Requirements

  • Experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or related activities.

  • Experience in managing professional social media posts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

  • Experience in planning, organizing and coordinating digital recruitment campaigns, local university marketing events or career fairs is preferred.

  • Experience working in a multinational company is preferred.

  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English with capability of communicating and collaborating with individuals at all levels of the organization and from different cultures.
