Ihre Aufgaben:
- Bedienen und Überwachen der mobilen CNC-gesteuerten Bearbeitungsmaschine TURNINGATOR auf internationalen Baustellen
- Einrichten und Optimieren von Bearbeitungsprozessen sowie Ausrichten und Prüfen von Bauteilen
- Durchführung von Maßprüfungen, Qualitätskontrollen und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse (inkl. Messberichte)
- Routinewartungen und kleinere Reparaturen an Maschinen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Montage, Konstruktion und Projektmanagement
- Lesen und Interpretieren von technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsplänen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC-Maschinen, insbesondere mit Sinumerik 840D und Sinumerik ONE
- Sicheres Lesen und Interpretieren von technischen Zeichnungen sowie routinierter Umgang mit Messwerkzeugen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Erfahrung im Bereich Wasserkraft oder erneuerbare Energien von Vorteil
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen und flexiblen Arbeitszeiten
- Hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
- Offenheit und Toleranz gegenüber unterschiedlichen Kulturen
