- Guiding the professional and personal development process
- Overseeing all support processes during external internships and at education and work placements in partner companies
- Assisting with vocational integration and involving individuals with impairments in work processes within partner companies
- Conducting seminars and practical training
- Intervening in crises
- Collaborating with internal and external professionals
- Working closely with legal guardians, family members, and housing providers
- Relevant work experience with individuals with mental impairments or in recruitment
- Willingness and ability to work independently
