Join the team of Deutschlandstiftung Integration!

Germany is looking for several interns for a full-time opportunity in various foundations across the country as part of the project 'Vielfalt stiften.'

Starting from September 2024, talented and motivated individuals are invited to apply for a three-month internship with the opportunity to participate in evaluation processes, training sessions, and networking events.

This initiative aims to develop new strategies for a diverse organizational and personal development within the German foundation sector to increase the representation of individuals with migration backgrounds and enhance the sector's attractiveness as an employer.

Duties

We are seeking:

Youth with migration backgrounds interested in shaping society actively and pursuing a career in the Non-Profit sector.

What the internship offers:

• Insights into foundation operations and activities
• Career possibilities in foundations
• Exposure to project management, science, diversity, and foundation work
• Deep dive into diversity and organizational development topics
• Participation in seminars, group discussions, workshops, and decision-making processes
• Compensation aligned with the minimum wage

Qualifications

General requirements for participation:

• Personal or family migration experiences
• Interest in societal topics and active engagement in societal processes
