- Design optimal solutions for CRM requirements together with your colleagues and end users, providing them with advice and guidance
- Independently implement these requirements in a cross-functional team
- Take responsibility for technical implementations in the Salesforce environment, focusing on the Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Collaborate with the team to define best practices in Salesforce development and continuously improve the development process
- Support the team in representing and driving forward their ideas and implementation proposals
- Assist in improving the release process, such as the deployment pipeline in Gitlab
- A degree with an economic, mathematical, or IT background
- Experience in the CRM world
- Programming experience in Salesforce Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Experience in configuration and best practices solution design in the Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Previous work with the Experience Cloud
- Experience with version control in Git, Python, and Salesforce CLI
- Motivated, even when faced with challenges
