For our Logistics department at the headquarters in Cologne, we are looking for you as

Assistant to the Head of Distribution and Site Services

- Clothing Management (f/m/x) Your responsibilities:

• Support in organizational and technical tasks as well as in day-to-day operations
• Assistance activities, including event planning, document management, schedule coordination, and protocol management
• Internal process management, internal and external interface management (especially between storage, processing, and laundry)
• Support in project management (monitoring progress, managing communication, and documentation)
• Creation of presentations, reports, and recommendations by independently sourcing, analyzing, aggregating, and preparing data and information

Your profile:

• Degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship
• Several years of professional experience in logistics, materials management, SCM, trade, and/or in a service company
• Sound project and process management knowledge, proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and ideally ERP systems (such as SAP)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, audience-appropriate communication and presentation skills with a high level of loyalty, discretion, and responsibility
• Proficient in German language (C2 level)
• Willingness to occasionally travel nationwide (approx. 20%)
