+ Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be 18 years of age or older and able to work 40 hours/week with overtime as required.
+ Responsibilities:
- Hardware troubleshoot in servers which are not live with AWS Data Techs supervision
- Understand the importance to meet SLA's against assigned trouble tickets
- Follow the AWS Data Techs during network troubleshooting
