    Job description:

    1. Undertake SI and ST targets and responsible for the set of the target to the distributor and also responsible for achieving goals.

    2. Responsible for the selection and management of distributors, as well as channel price system and rebate design.

    3. Channel planning and communication for new product launches, and end-to-end monitoring and management of orders placed by the distributors and goods arriving at stores.

    4. Formulate channel structure and strategic design, and define distributor responsibilities and sales modes.

    5. Responsible for overall PSI management, sales forecast and DOS monitoring of distributors and channels.

    6. Responsible for formulating customer grading systems and processes, and managing customer upgrading and downgrading.

    7. Responsible for channels budget application, review and management.

    8. Channel internal control person, responsible for identifying channel internal control risks.

    9. Responsible for formulating Co-marketing, rebate, temporary incentive acceptance and settlement standards.

    10. Responsible for the SMR conference and the implementation.

    The successful candidate must have the following:

    1. 3-5 years of experience in channel sales.
    2. Fluent in French.
    3. Willing to challenge oneself, self-motivated, and strong learning ability.
    4. Effective communication skills, able to communicate effectively with GTM, Logistics, Finance, Retail.
    5. Have basic financial knowledge, understand how to design the price system, be sensitive to data, and discover the logic behind the data.
    6. Be risk-aware, be able to identify the risks in the channel business.
    7. Understand the basic concepts of project management and have experience in GTM for new product launch.
