Salary: €5000 - €6000 per month

The role:
As an assistant hotel general manager, you would typically work closely with the general manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel.
Your responsibilities might include:
Staff Management:
Assisting in hiring, training, and supervising staff across various departments such as front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.
Guest Satisfaction:
Ensuring high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and implementing service improvements.
Operations Oversight:
Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards, including managing room reservations, coordinating events, and monitoring inventory levels.
Financial Management:
Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
Quality Control:
Maintaining quality standards throughout the hotel, including cleanliness, maintenance, and service delivery.
Sales and Marketing Support:
Supporting sales and marketing efforts to drive occupancy and revenue through strategies such as promotions, advertising, and partnerships.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, as well as implementing procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Communication:
Facilitating communication between departments and with the general manager to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving.
Requirement to speak German and English is non negotiable
