• Responsibilities:
• - Develop concepts and strategies with the team
• - Efficient resource management
• - Conduct team meetings and employee evaluations
• - Organize and adjust processes
• - Lead diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning
• - Collaborate with parents and other caregivers
• - Network with relevant institutions and professionals
• - Represent the facility in different forums
• Requirements:
• - Degree in Educational Therapy, Social Education, or related field
• - Experience in team development
• - Sensitivity and empathy towards children and adults in need
• - Proficient in diagnostics and therapy planning
• - Possession of a valid driver's license
