as an expert in patent law matters, you will be responsible for the business area of a ZEISS division and advise colleagues on business decisions in the field of intellectual property.

managing the related grant procedures before the IP offices in close cooperation with the patent attorneys involved in Germany and abroad, and in some cases conducting them yourself

- advising the supervised development divisions on third party property rights and working towards their appropriate consideration

• Coporate Language could be german or english.

admission as European Patent Attorney (or about to obtain it)

- ideally, knowledge and experience of the particularities of foreign patent systems, in particular those of the USA and PR China

- the ability to present complex technical and legal issues in an understandable and convincing manner in German and English

- a very good knowledge of German and English at language level C (European Framework of Reference) is required for your daily work
