UX Design Lead (m|f|d) - Project Management

Drive iterative design processes of products and features from start to finish and be an important part of the associated ideation.

Based on user research, create information architectures, use cases, wireframes, mockups, user flows and interactive design prototypes.
Develop the Voith Design System and the UX/UI strategy in close cooperation with global communication and product management.
Support our user interface designers in the development and realisation of prototypes.

Successfully completed qualification in interface design, media design, communication design or comparable and at least five years of relevant experience in the UX field in an industrial environment.

Sound knowledge of Figma and design tokens; experience in web front-end concepts, CSS, HTML, web components and the creation of interactive designs in the software sector is advantageous.

Knowledge of the introduction, establishment and further development of a design system; Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, and willingness to occasionally travel worldwide.

Strong sense of design, quality awareness, strong communication and presentation skills, enjoy working in an agile environment and a hands-on mentality.
