- Responsible for SAP module support and customizing, primarily for the WM and MM modules (LO, LE)
- Active participation in 2nd level support for incident management and change management as well as contact person for key users

- Several years of comprehensive knowledge in the area of operation and user support of logistics-related applications (SAP and non-SAP)
- Extensive knowledge of business processes in the area of warehouse and inventory management as well as related logistics processes and in the area of business process modeling as well as (IT) project management and ITIL
- Good to very good knowledge of SAP WM and MM (customizing, debugging and, at best, programming knowledge)
- Knowledge of S/4HANA, e.g. from implementation projects based on SAP Activate and in the support of SAP and non-SAP interfaces desirable
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
