Job summary
The Microelectronics (ME) department designs microelectronic components and circuits for high-frequency technology and power electronics. Systems for sensor technology, communication technology, and power electronics are developed based on high-frequency modules. We are also equipped with state-of-the-art measurement technology.With us, you will develop, design, and implement high-performance GaN components, circuits, and modules for high-frequency applications up to 10 GHz.,
- Completed degree (diploma or master's) in electrical engineering, microsystems engineering, or communications engineering. ,
- Comprehensive knowledge of system design for high-performance RF components. ,
- Experience in the design of hybrid high-frequency modules up to 10 GHz.
