    Job Description

    As Department Manager Back up you motivate and lead the team to increase the department sales while supporting the management team to deliver the best experience for customers and colleagues.

    Key responsibilities:

    • You are responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience that contributes to increasing the sales and profit goals in your store.
    • You are responsible for inspiring our customers by promoting campaigns, offers and activities plans.
    • You train your team and you delegate the right task to the right person and understand their strength and diversity.
    • You support the store management team to build a great team, by leading by example and also ensuring that all colleagues deliver great customer experience and that they follow our store routines, policies and guidelines.
    • You follow health and safety routines to promote the safety and well-being of all our colleagues and customers.

    Additional Information

    This is a full-time position offering 37.5 hours a week, starting as soon as possible 2024.
