Then join us now as a Working Student - Project Management Officer (f/m/d) in Frankfurt within the Enterprise Project Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for project management related activities that directly support and contribute to the success of our projects.

This is a great moment to join us as we are currently in a starting phase of a large transformation initiative, consisting of multiple workstreams where your support is needed. You will work with the lead Project Management Officer (PMO) based in Frankfurt to support this large-scale initiative across different areas

What you will do

• Support the financial planning and tracking of project deliverables across workstreams
• Plan, prepare and execute virtual or in-person workshops
• Support in the creation of management reports, e.g. project progress reports
• Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the assigned projects until completion
• Learn more about AllianzGI's project demand management and governance workflow along the project lifecycle
• Learn and apply Project Management methods including project steering via Microsoft Project Online, MS Power BI, MS Teams and other tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.)

What you bring

• Experience in Project- and Program Management methods and techniques
• International working experience - able to navigate different working cultures
• Basic knowledge about Agile Development Frameworks, e.g. Scrum, and the willingness to apply Agile ways of working
• Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure with limited guidance
• Proficiency in English (both reading and writing)
• Additional skills: Microsoft 365 Office tools, i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project Online is a benefit, Good Communication and Presentation Skills
