- Prägung und Weiterentwicklung des Markenbildes unseres Unternehmens sowie die Verantwortung und Pflege des Corporate Designs und dessen Anwendung auf alle Bereichen innerhalb des Unternehmens
- Verantwortung für die Umsetzung des abgestimmten Unternehmensauftritts - Digital und Print (Website / Social Media / Broschüren / Anzeigen) sowie die grafische Optimierung bzw. Neugestaltung von Werbemitteln wie Roll-Ups und Messeständen, etc.
- Gestaltung aller Medien wie Broschüren, Plakate, Postkarten, Flyer etc. sowie Werbemittel für die digitalen Medien inkl. der Konzeption und Gestaltung von Social Media Assets
- Planung und Durchführung von Online-Marketingkampagnen inklusive Suchmaschinenoptimierung (SEO), Suchmaschinenmarketing (SEM), Social-Media-, E-Mail- und Content-Marketing
- Erste Berufserfahrung als Online-Marketer / Grafiker / Mediengestalter / Kommunikationsdesigner u. ä. mit Gespür für Trends, Gestaltung sowie Typografie
- Spaß an digitalen Themen und Verständnis, warum eine Webseite heute mehr sein muss als eine digitale Visitenkarte
- Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten und Dein Talent bei der Interpretation von Marketingdaten helfen Dir dabei, Handlungsempfehlungen zu formulieren
- Du bist kreativ und innovativ bei der Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien und besitzt hervorragende Kommunikationsskills in Deutsch und Englisch

Wir suchen für unseren Firmensitz in Brandenburg an der Havel einen Marketing Assistent (m/w/d) der Freude an der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von (Online-)Marketingstrategien hat. Du interessierst Dich für die neuesten Trends und konntest bereits Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Websitegestaltung, Social Media und Content-Marketing sammeln? Weiterhin führst Du Analysen von Marketingdaten und Ableitungen von Erkenntnissen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Marketingaktivitäten durch. Du identifizierst Trends in der Online-Marketingbranche und entwickelst unseren Außenauftritt aktiv mit.
