- Plan methodically structured course units with support
- Provide assistance and correct any incorrect postures of the participants during the sessions
- Act as a point of contact for the group and always motivate them with a good mood
- Hold a license as a Trainer or Trainer Assistant, or equivalent qualification
- Be reliable and able to assert yourself within the group you are leading
- Have experience in guiding and leading children's/youth groups in sports activities
- Have an extended certificate of good conduct (if not available, we will cover the costs)You can work with us on a mini-job basis or as a freelancer.
