- Conception and implementation of cyber security guidelines and policies
- Ensuring the right level of cyber security for the entire group
- Analysing IT environments and determining protection requirements
- Advising the stakeholders of all Group companies with regard to cyber security
- Designing and conducting internal audits at the companies international locations and at external service providers and partners
- Collaboration with the Security Operations Centres (SOC)
- Harmonisation of IT security architectures and centralisation of processes
- Planning and implementation of business continuity and disaster recovery exercises
- Conception, support and follow-up of PEN tests
- Organising and implementing cyber security awareness measures and campaigns
- Degree in computer science, mathematics or natural sciences with an IT focus or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience with (professional) management responsibility in the field of cyber security and in an international environment
- Relevant knowledge and experience with common guidelines such as NIS2, ENISA, BSI recommendations, ISPS, ISO 27001
- Knowledge and experience with tools for SIEM and SOAR
- Practical experience in incident response and emergency situations
- Experience in conceptualising and implementing company-wide security governance in an international environment
- Didactic skills in explaining complicated technical contexts
- Assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Understanding of digital forensics
- Analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Fluency in English
