- Verantwortung für die Abwicklung und Betreuung von Montageeinsätzen unserer Schaltanlagenbauprojekte in der Mittel- Hoch- und Höchstspannung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Projektleitern m/w/d
- Technische Leitung und Organisation der Baustellen sowie Koordination von Terminabstimmungen mit den Projektbeteiligten
- Steuerung und Führung der internen Montageteams und von Subauftragnehmern
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Projekt- und Arbeitssicherheitszielen (HSEQ), Dokumentation der Arbeitsvorgänge, insbesondere geleistete Zusatzarbeiten und Arbeitsstunden sowie Zuarbeit bei der Abrechnung
- Übernahme von Montagetätigkeiten, Wartungsarbeiten und Inbetriebnahmen auf unseren Baustellen
- Elektrotechnische Berufsausbildung als Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik m/w/d, Energieanlagenelektroniker m/w/d oder Industrieelektroniker m/w/d oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation; wünschenswert mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker / Meister der Elektrotechnik
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Arbeit mit Hoch- und Mittelspannungsschaltanlagen
- Erste Führungserfahrung wäre wünschenswert sowie MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Führerschein der Kl. B sowie Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Montageeinsätzen im südostdeutschen Raum
- Selbständige, zuverlässige und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke und Teamgeist sowie kompetentes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden mit Deutschkenntnisse mindestens Level C1
