International Technical Training Specialist

This role is responsible for managing and delivering international technical training courses to Dräger's technical service, internal teams, and customers.

• The primary focus will be on developing and executing comprehensive training programs covering monitoring systems, IT infrastructure, server configurations (Linux & Microsoft Server), network integration of medical devices, data security best practices etc.

Responsibilities:

• To develop create conduct follow up target group orientated face-to-face online trainings as well assist in implementing eLearning courses maintain equipment actively support global trainer network plan implement projects supporting regional or country specific training business work closely with Portfolio Manager Service Training departments related sectors providing input expertise development learning paths they drive their product solutions

Key Skills Qualifications Needed:   

• Completed studies specialising system integration digital networking fields preferably possesses relevant certifications notations e.g. Red Hat Certified System Administrator MCSA Windows Server certification an added advantage experienced instructor adult education background highly desirable strong communication written spoken English German skills essential track record technical project management including budget resource planning ensuring smooth delivery desired but not mandatory to possess AWS SysOps Certification knowledge Linux-based operating systems proficiently works well within a team customer centric culture continuous learner adapting latest technologies skillset adaptable collaborative focussed efficient passionate educational research make decision benefit others overcome challenges obtain exceptional outcome.”
