    We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Facilities Manager (m/f/d) to join the Integrated Facilities Management business line in Munich.

    Your tasks:

  • Communication with Site Leadership team (Country Manager, HR, Finance Legal, IT etc.)
  • Be the Point of Contact for all matters relating to IFM and management of the properties for the client
  • Liaise with regularly with client's admin stakeholders such as site leads, site receptionists, site administrators and site office managers to ensure all aspects of the IFM are being taken care of and the property is being maintained and operating to a high standard
  • Procurement of goods and services for client's buildings
  • Hold regular meetings with Landlord, ensuring that terms of lease are being provided to client- e.g. external maintenance, central plant management
  • Regular/monthly site expections
  • Overseeing and managing of the vendors delivering Daily office cleaning
  • Overseeing and ensuring the correct operation & maintenance of building systems such as Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, BMS
  • Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in facility management, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of facility management principles, regulations, and best practices
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in facilities management software and computer-aided facility management (CAFM) systems
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Budgeting and financial management experience
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and green building certifications
