Job Summary

The Reverse Operator at plays a crucial role in managing the efficient and accurate processing of returned or exchanged merchandise, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for both customers and the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and categorize returned products according to 's policies and quality control standards.
• Process returns and exchanges in the internal system, ensuring accurate data entry and inventory updates.
• Identify and document product defects, damages, or discrepancies, escalating issues to relevant departments when necessary.
• Package and prepare products for re-stocking, refurbishment, or disposal, adhering to established guidelines.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks or scanners, to move and sort goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the reverse logistics area.
• Collaborate with customer service, quality assurance, and inventory teams to resolve return-related issues.

• Adhere to all company safety procedures and regulations.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or reverse logistics environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and product inspection.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to [Specify Weight, e.g., 50 lbs] occasionally.
• Proficiency in using basic computer systems and scanning equipment.
