Your daily responsibilities include:

• Creating and planning offers for events of all kinds.
• Handling all reservations on a daily basis
• Collaborating with external partners (Autostadt, suppliers, staffing agencies, etc.) and coordinating with all relevant internal departments.
• Advising customers on event planning options.
• Occasional operational support during events and day-to-day operations.

To excel in this role based on trust and loyalty, you should bring:

• a successfully completed training in hotel or restaurant management or similar in gastronomy.
• for career changers, a strong organizational talent and entrepreneurial mindset.
• fluent in German and good command of English.
• a professional demeanor and exemplary guest orientation, even in hectic situations.
