- Du verantwortest die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des IT Demand-Managements und unterstützt die IT-Abteilungsleitung bei der Erstellung der Ressourcen und Kapazitätsplanung.
- Du planst Ressourcen und stellst sicher, dass die Kapazitäten den aktuellen und zukünftigen Anforderungen gerecht werden.
- Du führst Bedarfsanalysen und Prognosen durch, um den Ressourcenbedarf im Hinblick auf Projekte, Aufgaben und Service-Level-Anforderungen zu verstehen.
- Du kommunizierst und stimmst Dich eng mit Abteilungsleitern, Projektmanagern und anderen relevanten Stakeholdern ab, um den Bedarf zu verstehen und entsprechende Maßnahmen zu ergreifen.
- Du überwachst die Kapazitätsauslastung, identifizierst Engpässe und entwickelst Lösungen zur Optimierung der Ressourcenverteilung.
- Du erstellst regelmäßige Berichte über die Ressourcenauslastung und -verfügbarkeit für die Geschäftsleitung.
- Du entwickelst das Demand-Management weiter, indem Du Prozesse anpasst und Vorgaben an aktuelle Bedürfnisse entwickelst.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Verwendung von Jira für die Projektverwaltung und -steuerung mit, außerdem Erfahrung in der Ressourcenplanung und -Allokation für IT-Projekte.
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten.
- Du bist ein sehr guter Kommunikator und Teamplayer und hast die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten und Prioritäten zu setzen.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
