Following the successful launch of our D3 OMS real-time trading solution, we're actively seeking a skilled Team Lead to expand and lead our dynamic team of Fullstack Software Engineers.

This influential role entails close collaboration with our Product Owner and Fullstack Engineer in the UK, where you'll not only contribute to ongoing software development but also take a pivotal role in driving process improvement initiatives within the team.

Hybrid Remote Role in Hamburg:
This unique opportunity offers a hybrid remote work arrangement, with regular weekly office days based in Hamburg, Germany.

As a Team Lead, you will guide your team through various responsibilities:


Development Team Leadership:

• Introduce fresh perspectives and ideas to steer the evolution of our software within the dynamic development team.

Work closely with the client service team to understand the unique requirements, workflows, and technology of each client.

• Continuous Development Leadership:
• Play a pivotal role in shaping the continuous evolution of our trading system and development process.
• Collaborate seamlessly across the team to provide an authoritative endtoend service to clients.

Demonstrate your strong software development skills, honed through collaborative team experiences.

• Exhibit proficiency in serverside Python, with a preference for Linux environments and realtime systems.
• Showcase your experience with Front-End Web application Frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Highlight proficiency in code development, testing, and deployment processes and tools.
