CTO - Enterprise Architect
Task

As an Enterprise Architect, you will be part of the cloud services team and design, advise, and support enterprise customers on their journey to the cloud.

Your central tasks will be in the area of IT architecture and design, as well as the subsequent implementation and operational transfer of large IT/cloud infrastructures.

You will create tailored IT solutions and take the professional and technical requirements of customers into account during the solution design and quotation preparation.

You will stay up-to-date with current IT trends and innovations such as multi-cloud, open source approaches, AI, or DevOps, and integrate them into the large enterprise architectures of your customers.

The following exciting tasks await you:
Responsibility for conception and design of IT enterprise architectures, as well as support during implementation and architecture support in large IT enterprise architectures
Proactively recording and evaluating customer requirements and adapting the IT architecture in accordance with current IT technology trends
Close collaboration with customers' IT architects to integrate the delivery model into the service and application layer
Initiation and active support of offer creation, sales/presales activities, and innovation projects
Advising customers up to C-level and internal management
Creation of feasibility studies, decision templates, and business cases
Development and further development of digital solutions together with customers and international teams

Profile

Architecture design, the implementation of enterprise cloud architectures, as well as technical and strategic advice for cloud customers is in your blood.

You are an experienced IT architect and have at least 10 years of professional experience in the field of IT architecture & design, preferably 2 years in the healthcare sector.

An excellent bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, engineering, as well as the following qualifications and skills characterise your profile:
Deep understanding of IT architectures at multidimensional levels such as network, infrastructure, security, persistence, applications in order to be able to communicate effectively with other stakeholders
Very good expertise in network solutions based on Cisco ACI and Juniper, as well as WAN connections
Excellent cloud architecture expertise based on VMWare technology, storage systems, server operation, and backup solutions
Very good ability to translate business goals into operating models and to be responsible for technical development in line with finance KPIs and company goals
Very good skills in developing and implementing the technology roadmap as well as developing digital solutions in collaboration with customers and international teams
Good understanding of the IT reference architectures in the area of healthcare systems, hospitals, service providers, and/or payers/health insurance companies
Exceptional communication and presentation skills in German and English, as well as a confident demeanour even at management level
