    Global Senior Talent Attraction Specialist (m/f/d) in Germany

    Your role:

    As a Global Senior Talent Attraction Specialist you will be responsible for identifying and hiring the best talents in our relevant locations in business critical positions – with special emphasis on the German-speaking countries, for ensuring an excellent candidate experience to our candidates and also for guiding our hiring managers thorough the recruitment process. You will have a unique opportunity todirectly impact our businesswith co-creating and implementing our employer branding and talent attraction strategy.

    What you will do:

    • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding. Act as a role model in the organization for your proactive approach and methodology.
    • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with global business partners and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and build a talent pipeline for current and future requirements. Be a first point of contact to business leaders is recruitment related questions.
    • Candidate Engagement: Provide an exceptional candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates, ensuring timely feedback, and guiding them through the recruitment process.
    • Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.
    • Market Research: Follow and implement industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging talent acquisition technologies to recommend and implement best practices.
    • Best practice sharing: Share your expertise with local TA communities within the company, help upskill the organization with up-to-date knowledge, support newly onboarded TA specialists with knowledge transfer and mentoring.

    What you will need:

    • (Bachelor's) degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • At least 5-10 years of proven experiencein full-cycle recruitment , with at least 2 years in a senior role, experience in sales recruitment.
    • Demonstrated success in recruiting for a variety of roles, including sales, technical and non-technical positions, in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
    • Experience in working with director & executive level candidates and hiring managers from various cultures and functional backgrounds
    • Native or working proficiency in German, working proficiency in English;
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the company's values and opportunities to potential candidates.
    • Relationship building: Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
    • Innovative thinking: Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box to attract and retain top talent.
    • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
    • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other relevant recruitment technologies (LinkedIn Recruiter usage is a plus).
    • Being located in Germany.
