Your Role at AllDent:
Join us in managing and overseeing an AllDent clinic, with a focus on processes, personnel, and financial aspects. Lead various departments such as reception, dental prophylaxis, billing, etc. Collaborate closely with medical and central departments. Work in tandem with executive management, maintaining constant communication with department heads for process enhancement. Ensure optimal staff scheduling in alignment with the budget and handle preparatory payroll accounting.
Your Profile:
Relevant experience in leadership roles is a plus, as is exposure to the healthcare industry (outpatient clinic management experience is advantageous but not mandatory). A hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for operational tasks are vital. Demonstrated capability in managing large teams and building cohesive, high-functioning teams. Possess a strong organizational and results-driven mindset.
