Du verantwortest die fachliche Steuerung des Produktmanagements, entwickelst Produktvision, -strategie und Roadmap weiter und wirkst als zentrale fachliche Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsleitung, Entwicklung und Consulting.
Deine Mission
- Fachliche Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Produktmanagements für ein Dokumentenmanagementsystem (DMS) einschließlich Produktvision, strategischer Ausrichtung und langfristiger Roadmap
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden aus öffentlichen Verwaltungen zur Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen,
organisatorischer Herausforderungen
und regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen- Ableitung,Priorisierung
und Weiterentwicklung von Produktanforderungen unter systematischer Einbindung von Kundenfeedback - Verantwortung für die strategische Positionierung des Produkts sowie Unterstützung von Vertriebsargumentation
und ausgewählten Marketingmaßnahmen - Mitwirkung bei Kundenveranstaltungen,Fachmessen
und Schulungen,z.B.durch Produktpräsentationen oder fachlichen BeiträgenDein Talent
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement von Dokumentenmanagementsystemen,
eilensererweise im Umfeld öffentlicher Verwaltungen oder vergleichbarer Organisationen - Gutes Verständnis zentraler DMS-Funktionalitäten wie Archivierung,
Workflows, Compliance,Schnittstellen und elektronische Aktenführung - Sicherer Umgang mit agilen Methoden sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-
& Präsentationsstärke,strategisches Denkvermögen
& gleichzeitig hohe operative Umsetzungsfähigkeit
