- Completed field of study in Engineering or Business Informatics
- Practical experience gained, for example, as a intern or working student (maximum of 1,5 years)
- Experience in common MS Office applications and IT affinity
- Interest in challenging project tasks and associated challenges
- Flexibility to work at different ZEISS locations in Germany during the program
- Fluent in English & German, both written and spoken, further languages beneficial Your Role During the 18 months, you will rotate between 4 different ZEISS departments across the company's different business units and possibly also abroad. During the program, you will also take part in several training sessions, workshops and project work that enhances your professional and personal development. Participation in administrative or operational optimization projects along the value chain
- Identifying improvement potential and creating qualitative and quantitative process analyses
- Processing and interpreting data within the scope of the assigned area of responsibility
- Scope and design standardized concepts taking work schedule, technology and costs into account
