- Lead the Key HR activities including employee relations, Productivity/Headcount planning and management, Performance management, C&B, Talent Management/Development, Learning & Trainings, Organization design, People management, Culture and employee engagement
- Provides strategic HR support, insight and acumen to the senior leadership team
- Engage and influence in the development and implementation of HR strategy and policy
- HR support of the assigned areas for all HR matters from entry / recruiting to exit
- Identifies training needs for organizations and individual executive coaching needs
- Ensures obedience of employment law and legal requirements
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of talent development programs
- Co-ordinate talent management and succession planning processes in full alignment with the policies, frameworks, guidelines and processes.
- Assist and advise employees on HR related issues as HR BP Your qualifications
- Bachelor/Master's degree and 10+ years Human Resources experience
- An appropriate level of strong HR generalist experience and detailed understanding of all aspects of HR Management including reward, resourcing, talent management/succession planning, change management and employee relations
- Strong analytical skills and proven understanding of human capital measurement and delivery of performance improvement interventions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication style to all levels of an organization
- Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Business Fluent in English
