    The HR Path, a global player in HR consulting, assists its customers in their HR transformation projects, both in terms of human resources and tools (HRIS). We intervene in Europe, America and Asia-Pacific, for our large accounts and SME customers, in order to offer them a global support in the development of their HR strategy.

    Advise to Run HR Path, Global Leader in HR solutions

    • ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization
    • IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)
    • RUN: With our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing

    YOUR MISSIONS

    We're seeking a passionate and experienced HR professional to be the central point of contact for all HR matters across our DACH (Germany, Switzerland ) &Belgium & Netherlands region. You'll play a strategic role in fostering a positive employee experience, ensuring compliance, and driving HR initiatives that support our business goals.

    • Provide expert advice and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related questions.
    • Proactively collaborate with regional leaders to navigate legal issues, develop HR strategies, and achieve people objectives.
    • Ensure all HR practices and processes comply with local labor laws across the DACH region & Belgium and Netherlands
    • Streamline HR administration to optimize HR and business operations.
    • Partner with Corporate HR to establish and deliver effective L&D programs for employee growth.
    • Oversee and develop a smooth onboarding process to welcome new employees and integrate them into the team.
    • Lead or participate in various HR projects to drive continuous improvement.
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Work closely with regional Talent Acquisition, Legal, and HR teams to deliver exceptional service.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field or gained equivalent experience.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience if you are a HR Generalist OR 5 years as HRBP possibly in a matrix environment.
    • Demonstrated a thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including knowledge of German labor and social law
    • Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills
    • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
    • A passion for creating a positive and engaging work environment.
    • Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
    • Demonstrated proactive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability to changing priorities, organizational needs, and evolving HR practices.
    • Curious personality, enthusiastic about acquiring new skills and competencies.
    • Proficient in Sap HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
    • Fluent in German and English, French proficiency as an asset.
